1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.

To request a return, customers must share:

• Order ID

• Clear photos or videos of the product

• Reason for return

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn jewellery

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Customized or special order items

• Products returned without original packaging

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong items received.

• Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• Subject to product availability.

If the requested item is not available, store credit or refund may be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers may be required to ship the product back to our provided address.

• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
